The rib-eye steak noodle soup is out of this world good. Supervisor, Matt, was training a new employee in old fashion excellent customer service. Can’t say enough good things. All the employees are very friendly and helpfully polite. Manager John even stopped for a chat and told me about the business’s beginning. Y’all need to come to Texas!!

Amongst the BEST food I have ever had at an airport. Yes, including “high end airport restaurant” and yes that sounds like an oxymoronic statement. But on to my quick review! I am review the featured special of the day. It was Fried Rice add Pork and its was advertised as: “freshly made on a wok mixing vegetables and fluffy eggs” I didn’t believe the add, but ordered anyway. After a short wait, Boom! Just like promised! Freshly made fried rice with fluffy scrambled eggs and it was awesome! Seriously! Steaming hot when served and the taste plus textures was amazing. This all coming from a foodie with high expectations (Even for airport food) I Approve Bambuza!

I got the tofu bahn mi and I loved it. The tofu was well-cooked and they made it spicy with sliced jalapeno. Yum!

Looked to good I couldn't resist eating before taking a photo. The perfect fresh/healthy meal while being satisfying. Loved the tangy sauce. Glad I got the garlic pork bowl, perfect with a beer. Spring roll was small but glad it was a rice wrapper so I could try it. Keep up the good work, will probly visit the other locations now. Cheers
